Before You Apply
- Application for children of Kenyan Citizens born outside the country with foreign citizenship.
Requirements and Fees
Requirements:
- Application letter.
- Duly filled permanent residence application form (form 23), signed and stamped by Magistrate/Commissioner for oaths.
- Category C - Questionnaire for Intending Applicants (generated during online application).
- Certified copies of the birth certificate.
- Certified copies of parents' birth certificates/Kenya Passport(s)/Identity Card(s) (proof of Kenyan citizenship).
- Certified copy of the current passport.
- 2 passport size photographs (soft copy required during application).
- Police Clearance Certificate.
Fees:
- Processing Fee (Non-refundable): Kshs 20,000
- Issuance Fee (Payable once on approval): Kshs 750,000
