Requirements for remote workers, freelancers, and foreign-employed individuals working from Kenya.
Who Qualifies
- Works under an employment contract for a company registered outside Kenya.
- Is a shareholder or conducts business on behalf of a foreign company.
- Offers services as a self-employed individual to clients outside Kenya.
Requirements
- Duly filled and signed Form 25 (online application).
- Two recent passport-size colored photos.
- Copy of valid national passport.
- Current immigration status if in Kenya.
- Detailed signed cover letter stating employment/business nature and duration of stay.
- Bank statements or payslips for the last 3 months proving income.
- Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, lease, or rental agreement).
- Letter of no objection from local embassy of home country.
- Company details (address, contact person, phone, email).
