Re-Entry Pass:

1. Duration:

• 2-year re-entry pass for most cases.
• 1-year re-entry pass for those with spouses holding a 1-year permit.

2. Renewal:

• Renewed every time the spouse’s entry permit is renewed.
• Dependent Passes do not require renewal.

3. Expiration:

• Dependent Passes automatically expire when the spouse’s entry permit expires.

Requirements:

1. Form:

• Fill the Re-Entry pass form.

2. Documents for Dependent Pass Holder:

• Copy of the Dependent Pass.
• Copy of the passport endorsement on the Dependent Pass.
• Copy of the passport (bio-page) of the Dependent Pass holder.

3. Documents for Spouse (Permit Holder):

• Copy of the Spouse’s permit.
• Copy of the passport endorsement on the Spouse’s Permit.
• Copy of the passport of the Permit Holder.

4. Original Passport:

• Original passport of the Dependent Pass Holder for the purpose of endorsing the Re-entry Pass.

5. Cash Fees:

• KES 2,000 cash for a 2-year Re-entry Pass.
• KES 1,000 cash for a 1-year Re-entry Pass.
